Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure that our services run as smoothly as possible. Feel free to call and check on your stylist’s schedule, we strive to be on time, but sometimes we run early or late. New clients or clients receiving spa services, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. We cannot guarantee your appointment if you arrive late and the length of your service may be shortened.

We require a credit card to hold your reservation.


To ensure your service receives the necessary time and attention, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If we do not receive a 24-hour notice, a 50% charge of the booked service will be applied.

No Call/No Show

Our staff works hard to accommodate all guests, and missed appointments can cause inconvenience to both our staff and other guests who may be waiting. As a policy, any no-shows will incur a charge of 100% of the service amount, which will be billed to the credit card on file. Our policies, including the 24-hour cancellation period, allow us to fill the gaps left by missed appointments and offer services to other guests.

Children in the Salon

As we strive to provide a relaxing atmosphere for those receiving services, we request that children not receiving services remain at home.

Gift Cards

We offer gift cards for any service or dollar amount. Cards may be purchased over the phone, online or at the salon. They may only be redeemed for services or products. The purchase of a gift card does not guarantee appointments and all appointments are subject to availability. We urge all card bearers to schedule their appointments as soon as possible upon receipt.
