Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure that our services run as smoothly as possible. Feel free to call and check on your stylist’s schedule, we strive to be on time, but sometimes run early or late. New clients or clients receiving spa services, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. We cannot guarantee your appointment if you arrive late and the length of your service may be shortened.


We require a 48 hour notification of cancellation when multiple spa appointments are comprised of more than two services. A 24 hour notification is required when canceling all other appointments. We reserve the right to charge for appointments canceled or broken without appropriate notice.

Children in the Salon

As we strive to provide a relaxing atmosphere for those receiving services, we request that children not receiving services remain at home.

Retail Policy

We are proud to offer you high quality professional salon products for you at home. Products are 100% guaranteed.

Gift Cards

We offer gift cards for any service or dollar amount. Cards may be purchased over the phone, or at the salon. They may only be redeemed for services or products. The purchase of a gift card does not guarantee appointments and all appointments are subject to availability. We urge all card bearers to schedule their appointments as soon as possible upon receipt.
